Pros

Car park, uniforms, monthly payments

Cons

Stressing job, not worth to work there, if you are family member you can do everything, breaking rules, not following procedures, management will not see it ...if you like reporting everything about your colleagues, if you like gossiping or listening to it, bullying - after a few months you will get a promotion and a pay rise....foreigners can easily lose jobs for small things, very racist team leaders, disciplinary investigations very often BUT NEVER for family members...on production they can watch movies on private mobile phones, listen music using wireless earphones etc. . .but when a Polish gay did it and his face was not fit enough, he lost his job the same day...some levels 4 and 5 with 1 good skill get paid very good money, when level 2 and 3 with 3 different skills get a few thousand pounds less per a year, not fair money for all employees.... very rude rude people working there, they are brainwashed!!!!!!!!!!!!!
