Pros

This program is the ideal start for a recent graduate, as it both gives a lot of responsibility to make a difference in a company but also the necessary tools to succeed in this challenge. As a bonus, you really learn about what you want to do, as with several rotations you get the experience in different fields.

Cons

It is wonderful that the program is highly international and encourages participants to relocate in different markets, but sometimes the local work cultures could be challenging. It really depends on you and the country you are going to.

Pros

Arla has an extremely high focus on developing its people. Culture is warm, welcoming, and focused on collaborative learning. Great environment for anyone to grow and learn about the global future of dairy.

Cons

Due to its size and complexity, it can take a while to fully grasp Arla as an organisation. Some changes can take a long time to be achieved.
