Employees leaving after 10+ years not given exit interviews, hiding their reasons for leaving. High turnover of established staff. Sales reduced, can easily be more. Barometer survey manipulated and not private, you will be asked what feedback you gave. What you are told in your appraisal does not match what is put in writing. Arla culture and values not followed.
