      Pros

      I'm referring to the very short ones that provide no input, only a high rating to pump up the company's overall rating. These people should at least learn how to spell so that they look authentic. As for the pros, the company is a good training ground, but don't expect to go anywhere unless you're French

      Cons

      A hostile work environment once they decide you're too expensive to keep due to your years of experience.

      Pros

      - good benefits - 401 k match up to 4% - Tuition Reimbursement - Good office facility - great place if you are incompetent!

      Cons

      - very low pay - no communication from corporate or any other upper management - no career growth - extremely political - absolutely incompetent HR function

      Poor Management and No Respect for US workers

      flexible work hours, very good co-workers

      Cons

      mediocre pay and benefits, one of the few remaining chemical companies that does not give bonuses to scientists, all major decisions happen in France, only a puppet US management team US workers are not valued (perhaps in the past, but not now)
