Pros

the pay is pretty good?

Cons

management care more about getting people to sell their argos cards than anything, a toxic environment where staff are openly bigoted and management do nothing to support staff.

Pros

Small teams of staff make for good workplace groups 10% discount in Argos and Sainsburys

Cons

Business is on a decline with management restructuring Contract will start at 6 hours with little no hope of increasing, rely purely on overtime Union seems useless and agrees to things that actively disadvantage employees Argos Cards and Care are monitored heavily, including Think 25 age restricted sales and you'll get disciplinaries if you fail to produce results Stockroom heavy lifting is much more stressful than average retail work, with picking times for items expected to be 1 min or less, on average.
