Pick hours, friendly staff, nice location

Cons

Training was too slow and easy then they randomly decided to throw us onto live calls without any preparation or support. Miss a day and you get taken away and interviewed like you've just commit a murder.

Great team and 5 weeks training

Cons

As all call centres it can be extremely busy and many customer complaints are due to system error and there is nothing you can do about it

Always doing something, never sat doing nothing

Cons

Everything else. Hours are either too long or nothing at all, break times are terrible. The team made sure you knew you were BRAND NEW and treated like a kid, managers were just as worse and would hate you if you didnt convince enough people to sign up to the Argos card.
