Pay is decent Good employee benefits Provide snacks for colleagues Increased Pay on bank holidays Easy work itself Workers can be very nice Good for students

Cons

Always understaffed so workers are over worked Labour intensive Deal with the worst type of customers Policy is not always honoured Always being called in for work Not heard when asking for days off Management rarely help on shop floor Update, assign and remove shifts without notice Always have the same few people working multiple jobs whilst others do not get involved Always giving the same shifts to the same people so other workers cannot request different timed shifts.

great people, who work their butts off, Line manager support through personal issues

Cons

Rubbish pay, line manager could never really deal with issues buried her head in the sand and could only ever say "I'll talk to them" and didn't listen at times when trying to progress someone to management over the peak and went off sick
