Pros

Some good nice people work there mixed in amongst the moody old men

Cons

they don't realise their workers are actually their customers so they pay poor rates, they have no respect for agency staff, permanent jobs are impossible to get even after working ther for 6 years on agency, they have more foreign staff than British and the senior management is a joke.

Pros

Very forward thinking and great teams in stores, established business not going to fall over

Cons

Poor salary in some stores, different rates of pay according to where you work/ who you are friends with/ how long you have worked for, in the same turnover stores and more challenging stores. Salary varies as much as £16k. Come up with some very forward ideas but implement in very few stores. Some stores extremely underinvested in and feel embarrassing
