Pros

Get to see latest merchandise in the stockroom. Build people skills. Very understandable about the hours I can and can't do, good for a student.

Cons

Not enough people in the stockroom, if there are 50 items ordered in under 5 minutes, 2 people is not enough to pick. Ticket number screen would constantly become faulty. Preferred working upstairs in stockroom picking items rather than downstairs, was then put back downstairs despite me feeling more confident and performing better in the stockroom. Pay was quite low. Training was also only a DVD which was never finished.
