Pros

The team is always friendly and there are loads of opportunities in the city. You get benefits across retail and discount (but not alot) in argos itself. The system is unique and the brand is well known and popular. The love 2 shop reward scheme is popular

Cons

Little discount, poor progression, for the amount we run around and do in comparison to wages and comparison to other big companies wages is poor, technology always fails and is such an old system, everything gets stolen from the shop floor, headsets are slower and have alot for problems than pick tickets, we all want the new uniform as our old uniforms are uncomfortable in summer, there needs to be more guidance when someone progresses, working in smaller stores or in smaller towns means the your job is almost impossible to progress in, targets should be changed based on location as well, the way you have to queue twice, our click and collect and online shopping is alot more inefficient than other retailwrs and it's embarrassing as we are suppose to be leading in digital retail, we may have a lot of benefits but it is hard to access and use them. The flexibility we need in comparison to the hours that we get are unfair and rotas are never in advance
