flexible hours and good opportunities to further your career within the company via instore learning system OPENDOOR Good range of benefits Ideal for students

Cons

Too much focus on sometimes impossible targets. Very poor stock room management - nowhere near enough space in warehouse for amount of stock that gets received to work effectively and safely, Bulk items in particular are a real hindrance. Inferior equipment stockroom equipment - A standard 'old and barely working' pump truck is used to receive pallets, that are sometimes in excess of 1 ton!

Great and friendly staff. Happy customers, although it can be stressful around the Christmas period. Pay was reasonable.

The online training was lengthy, however, that could be considered a good thing..
