Pros

Very good opportunities to progress through the company if you are willing to do that little bit extra. Company has invested heavily in development of its teams over the past few years.

Cons

Not unlike other retailers, struggling to grow and maintain financial results, therefore pay rises and bonuses have been scarce (unless you are senior management of course). This also has led to the reduction in head counts in stores and departments.
