Pros

Only working for Argos for just under two years I have came from a delivery assistance to a team leader. If you put the hard work in it will get noticed. I also took advantage of the course argos offer called "retail academy" to network and get my name out there. Work with a great bunch from all ages and feels more like family.

Cons

It would be great if Argos offered a more stable contract for hours, I very much enjoy doing the hours it just would be better to have them as a contact.

Good company to work for, looks after staff, very flexible when needed for appointments,

Cons

Too much demand for selling insurance, Argos card, manager s are on your back of you dont achieve your target, if you in morning shift people are more into refunds how can you achieve targets

Friendly everyone helps each other, fun work environment, shifts are always fun, I've never had a day that I haven't enjoyed!

Cons

I don't have any cons for working at Argos, I always enjoy my shifts, the only con I can think of is the rate of pay!
