Pros
Only working for Argos for just under two years I have came from a delivery assistance to a team leader. If you put the hard work in it will get noticed. I also took advantage of the course argos offer called "retail academy" to network and get my name out there. Work with a great bunch from all ages and feels more like family.
Cons
It would be great if Argos offered a more stable contract for hours, I very much enjoy doing the hours it just would be better to have them as a contact.
