Other staff are a laugh. People same age. Get discount in the local cinema

Cons

Managers think they're better then staff. Understaffed so shifts are stressful. The hours are hit and miss. When they need you they'll give you loads of hours. When they don't you'll get r hours a week. Pay is minimum wage but they make you come in to start 15 minutes early and make us stay behind by about 30 minutes. Customers are rude and managers do not support staff.

Management haven't trained me fully, and then I get told to go to their office to get told off for doing something I wasn't told how to do properly/at all. My manager uses the same few words to begin their 'discussion' with me after I do something incorrectly: "Describe your thought process in that situation...", which makes me feel incredibly stupid. On the latest occasion that I was called into the office, my manager looked at me and said "Okay, can you give me an answer that I can give to the company as to why this copy of Fifa 18 is being thrown away, other than that I'm not training my staff fully?" He was looking to me for an excuse for him to not get told off because they're not training staff enough. Management staff also just walk out of the shop for breaks whenever they want. Two of the management staff at my store walk out for a smoke break together, and the store owner isn't even in at that point. That point is when I have no one to ask for help when I need it (because I'm under trained)
