Pros

Clocking out

Cons

Terrible with a capital TERRIBLE. Management do not communicate and are severely disorganised. Told 3 different people 3 times not im not available on a certain day, they say that's fine and then ring you on that day asking where you are. Online training is extremely long, tedious and pointless and you have to do it at home also, it takes a lot longer than what they pay you for it. The tests often exit without saving meaning you have to go through all of it again. You have to spend 30 minutes saying words into a computer so the headset robot can understand you, she still never understands you. When you ask for a description of the item you're looking for she says "bfvidwbfs" which apparently means 'folding chair'. All the staff are boring and don't talk, most are middle-aged women that give over-the-top fake customer service.
