Pros

Good projects that make a difference for clients and environment. Global opportunities. Lots of travel. Customer focus is good. Good vision for the company.

Cons

Poor pay. Base pay low, they sell you on variable pay portion them don't fund it so high rating and zero variable pay.

If you are looking to get experiences in the Engineering business a good place to start but look to move in 2 years

Cons

It seems that upper management is just concerned with the Bottom number and they use this to pressure Employees to work harder and with out the proper amount of employees they seem to be replacing older employees with younger collage students with out the proper knowledge for such a high profile company in the engineering field
