Diversity in work/projects/locations, flexible schedule, decent pay/benefits, combined sick/vacation time amounted to a lot of PTO

Cons

High turnover, high focus on billability, easy to get cut when work slows in the winter, no real sense of community, lower level staff often expected to carry heavy burdens, large company so employees are treated as numbers, also certain procedures/protocols for the company changed constantly

Great at meeting people and developing a professional network. Lots of opportunities to work in different industries on different problems.

Cons

It is easy to become a warm body to project managers. Weak supervisors can make it to where you are just a body for doing work that may or may not be furthering your career path or helping you to gain relevant experience.
