Pros
There are still a lot of brilliant people there that can do exceptional work in smaller and smaller pockets across the country. The benefits were average for the industry, and the pay used to be better, but there is a push to pay less.
Cons
The environment of high chargeability has lead to high turnover at all levels of the organization. The pride that once was there is replaced with pessimism about the future company and careers. Everyone is looking for another offer, and those that have left are better off. It is truly sad what it has turned into.
