Great and smart co-workers with good skills.

Cons

Toxic, only interested in billability, no training, push staff into decreased hours with no intention to reinstating to full time regardless of how much a person may work beyond 40 hours per week - this is called getting used, frequently threatened with being furloughed or eliminated, treat staff with contempt, a sad culture of leadership worship, and absence of leadership which still continues to this day. The real clients are simply wall street, quarterly returns, and shareholders. This mob could be trying to sell anything,as long as they can wring a few bucks out of clients.

Smart people who work hard and care about their clients and co-workers. The technical expertise is unsurpassed in the industry. Most in leadership are good people who are trying hard to improve the company. Things have gotten better in the last few months and the future looks bright.

Cons

Matrix organization creates redundancy and confusion. Multiple layers and corporate bureaucracy are stifling, which is common with large corporations.
