      Pros

      Overall the company is acting in a positive atmosphere always. Non-client-facing roles will feel this company is excellent and always on the good track as a pioneer.

      Cons

      Mid-management is pretty poor and micro-management, emotional, and sometimes power harassment. Of course, you can raise the voice to the upper level, but in advance, the upper level chooses those poor mid-managers, so you know, hard to change others. Let's why mid-managers stay longer but the new and excellent people leave the company soon.

      supportive environment Autonomy and ownership lots of benefits and perks you can not argue with success

      Cons

      really depends on the different groups - each group is different. Lots of org changes the main value of the company is to help marketers to sell more - hmmm - not sure this is meeting the " do no evil" standard.
