      Pros

      Technical adventure, huge remp-up at the beginning. high scale, dealing with lots of data all over.

      Cons

      For the past year or so it seems like Appsflyer leadership lost the focus on their employees and they shifted the focus on how they can utilize their employees to present a bigger revenue per employee. They became super strict, went through several re orgs and launched several weird policies that made many good talents leave the company, and look for alternatives outside. Moreover, I think that as of know their salaries are not as competitive as they used to be in the past.

      Great offices and perks, wow culture and show off. Fun to be an employee

      Cons

      Horrible organizational politics, management, too much noise. Unless you're an IC that doesn't care about all of this, it's easy to get burned
