      Pros

      I've been very lucky in life and worked for great early stage companies like Google and LinkedIn. But AppsFlyer has been above and beyond previous places for me and I believe that starts with the core foundation of a family atmosphere that has grown to around 50 different nationalities under one global roof! - Global Employee Exchange Program(GEEP) where I was able to work in a different country for 2 months and experience an entirely new culture! - Working with the smartest people in the world (internally and externally) - Ability to Travel (I've been to 15 different countries with AppsFlyer) - Helping clients/friends grow their mobile app ecosystem - A great place to develop life long relationships - A great company to represent. I am proud to wear the AppsFlyer shirt.

      Cons

      Nothing specific. As any company hits hyper growth mode there are natural bumps in the road.

      Communicative, Fun, and Friendly Environment

      Pros

      AppsFlyer solidified it's position as market share leader and it shows. The company is shifting from startup mode of getting stuff done to producing quality code. There were a lot of hires of top notch talents to bring RnD to the next level. Amazing opportunity to take advance one's career.

      Cons

      No yearly bonus, very difficult to get more options asides from the starter package.

      Pros

      It's actually the best company I've ever had a chance to work for. People are cooperative, smart, authentic and always willing to help. Best culture, everything the employee needs to make his day to day better -he will get. I love waking up in the morning knowing I'm heading towards another day at Appsflyer, since my work is interesting, challenging, and there isn't a day goes by without me learning something new!
