Cons

AppsFlyer has a strict NO work from home policy, which can be very challenging for some folks who commute, have kids and other needs. Flat organization with very little room for promotion / comp increase. The level you're hired at is where you're likely to stay for years. Lastly, they have the bare minimum paternity and maternity leave - should give at least 12 weeks or more paid (not PFL or disability).

Some periods can get very busy & stressful. The price we pay for being on a rocket ship.

I started not long ago and already feel like AppsFlyer is my home! The people are wonderful and immediately made me feel like I belong. The work is challenging and rewarding and I am learning a lot!

Cons

It is a little far from home but totally worth it!
