5yWhen news of COVID-19 first hit it was unclear how and when the market would react. As we adapted to the various challenges of COVID-19 and saw how as a company we've been able to navigate these challenges, we are fortunate to be in a position to reevaluate and begin discussions around compensation updates. While unique and tailored to each individual, our CEO in November made this announcement public to the company.
