Pros

The business is thriving, and AppsFlyer is taking care of its employees. The benefits and pay have been great, and I really like the small company feel despite the fact that we're growing rapidly. Especially in NYC, we have a startup vibe with the luxuries and benefits that accompany a much larger company. With $210m just raised in Series D, everything is looking up! The leadership is great and I trust their vision for the company.

Messy, unorganized and chaotic work proccesses. Causing a great workload and little efficiency. Leadership and management are not skilled nor come with the needed experience in many cases. Causing alot of damage to the company, personally and professionally.

Some of the issues you mentioned here are well-known to us. We are proud of the way we face the challenges you have raised here, and even more proud of the fact that we allow all employees and managers to make mistakes. Our CEO’s view is that mistakes are an integral part of success and growth. A recent engagement survey reveals that there is a reward for our hard work on those issues as we scored very high on these exact challenges. In regards to your advice, we are always open to feedback. However, your feedback doesn’t correspond with our basic values of respect in the face of disagreement. It’s therefore hard for us to relate and learn from it.
