      A company that truly gives a damn

      Pros

      It's the most customer-focused company I've worked for. In order to achieve customer satisfaction, it invests greatly in the satisfaction and skills of its customer-facing teams as well as its product and dev teams: great happy dev -> great products -> successful CSM, support & sales -> happy customers Happy employees make happy customers. The main driver for this is a fairly unique company DNA allowing employees access to all levels of management and incentivizing *real* feedback. This atmosphere of open discussion and challenging of the status quo makes it a great experience to be a part of and to develop additional professional and personal skills.

      Cons

      The company has grown immensely over the past few years, which at times materializes in growing pains and a high pace of change, which can be VERY time-consuming. That said, there's very little worth saying about a proper con. If you get a worth-while offer, take it.

      Generally Good But...

      Pros

      Free work environment, nobody cares when you come in and go as long as you do your job well and in time.

      Cons

      Several people are taking advantage of this free atmosphere to be idle, to be political at workplace and to be rude to others.
