      Pros

      They really care about tea members. Open and supportive atmosphere. The company has fastest go-to-market cycles and rich learning opportunities. It's open and flexible culture.

      Cons

      As the company grows fast, it requires more efficient communication system across the company. But I guess it's natural for a big team.

      Pros

      Great company culture. Super smart, passionate, sharp and dedicated employees. You can have a real impact on your daily work, take new initiatives. Its feel like a small startup when everyone know each other, and even the CTO seating in the same open space like any other employee. Very positive energy.!! Internal mobility program, each employee has many career opportunities.

      Working from home can have impact on the company culture.

      Middle management problem

      Great atmosphere between employees, ton of pleasure, big budgets to spend

      Cons

      Middle managers are too busy in playing boss, they don't dedicate time to actually manage. Middle manager ego is over the roof, their pride makes them bling of seeing the truth in front of them. Not connected to reality, they don't see the ground is shaking underneath them. Managers provide no support to push forward, do not create collaboation between teams and they expect to magically have it happen. Do not accept critisim, even small one. Managers schedule meetings, then frequently, do not attend without any notice. Atmosphere between employees is heaven, but with managers it's hell
