Thanks so much for your feedback. As a hyper-growth company that went from 500 to 900 employees in one year, we are managing many challenges. Some of the issues you mentioned here are well-known to us. We are proud of the way we face the challenges you have raised here, and even more proud of the fact that we allow all employees and managers to make mistakes. Our CEO’s view is that mistakes are an integral part of success and growth. A recent engagement survey reveals that there is a reward for our hard work on those issues as we scored very high on these exact challenges. In regards to your advice, we are always open to feedback. However, your feedback doesn’t correspond with our basic values of respect in the face of disagreement. It’s therefore hard for us to relate and learn from it.
