Poor investment on the technology used, not investing on employee training beyond the initial one. Bad management resulted in many very talented sorkers leaving the company

I think AF is setting a new bar to be a great company. They do everything to make us feel comfortable and valued. Management is listening, and it's not only regarding the amount of funds they spend on the employees. The technology is highly advanced, and if we suggest a new tool- most of the chances is that it'll be implemented. facilities are great, and always adding more surprises. Not only that, the company is taking very seriously volunteering and helping our community and it's so inspiring

Cons

Work- life balance can be improved, although I guess it depends in the team you are.
