      Pros

      The company really cares employees and their families. The people ops team is top-notch. Internal learning courses are rich and well organized. You can flexibly work from anywhere including the company offices.

      Cons

      The company grows really fast. The number of the whole employees has been more than double over a couple of years. The work process is so agile and the product release cycle is the fastest in the industry. You should be creative and proactive to catch up the flow rather than depending on any fixed system.

      This is my 7th year at AppsFlyer and I'm grateful for the opportunity I've been given to be part of this amazing, talented and ambitious team. It has been a hell of a ride filled with hope, challenges, competition, achievements, and everything one can imagine when growing a company from 50 to 1,200 ppl. Above all is the amazing team and friends I got in this journey. AppsFlyer will embrace high motivation and dedication, innovation and people who wants to do good for the customers and the company. AppsFlyer unbiased position is something that each one of us is very proud of and was a key element in the companies success. I feel lucky to be part of this team!

      Working for such a hyper growth company requires to invest a lot in your job and is not a good fit for everyone.

      Handling with large scale systems in a rapidly growing industry

      Cons

      Poor investment on the technology used, not investing on employee training beyond the initial one. Bad management resulted in many very talented sorkers leaving the company
