      * good people, overall good dna in the company * Good benefits * The company gives back to the community

      * In preparation for the IPO the benefits and care for employees is trending down across the board - benefits, pay, wfo policy,wlb are all hurt. *Did a big layoff a few months ago, and there is employment uncertainty for the remaining employees . * Some very poor management decisions in the last 2 years, with conflicting agendas and no priority. * Lack or transparency and honesty about strategic moves such as the recent layoffs, the changing of overall conditions for the worst etc...
