Pros

- Autonomy. - Cellphone reimbursement. - Company remains viable in a down market. This speaks volumes about the leadership at this branch, and the company as a whole. - Excellent overall compensation package. - Friendly, supportive, and effective atmosphere. Everyone at this location is inherently driven in their efforts to support their coworkers and the clients. I’m continually impressed by how much actual work gets done on a daily basis. - Management here is starting on a clean slate, all remnants of past management practices have vanished, with great affect. - Management is clear and direct when communicating local matters. - Management is fair, as long as you are getting your job done and staying on top of things. - Management truly is “open door” and will consider your stance, as long as you bring a solution with your issue. Continually focused on innovating and implementing better solutions. - Mentors are easy to identify and learn from in the company. - Process / organizational / planning focused developed individuals have a unique opportunity here, as the true value of these qualities is just starting to be realized. - Relocation opportunities. - Results based environment. - Travel opportunities. - Transparency is good, but could use some improvement. We receive monthly, quarterly, and annual information about the company as a whole. - Variety in work experience and learning opportunities. - Work life balance is alive and well here.

Cons

- Bonus structure needs to be seriously examined and restructured. A bonus is meant to reward superlative performance in terms of revenue generated for the company. The company needs to quantitatively analyze all employees on on the revenue / bell curve ratio, and reward them appropriately, for a bonus to be meaningful. Otherwise the real talent will be flying out the doors. - Planning, organization, and process implementation needs improvement at all levels. - Professionalism needs to be stressed and implemented across the organization.
