Good for technical learning especially when you start as a fresher. Supportive seniors. I will not recommend any seniors to pursue his/her carrer at Idiada.

Cons

HR and Managers follow unethical practices Shift is really headache Poor Infrastructure ( Canteen, System, Software License etc) Poor Client database low salary raise and no appraisal system Stagnant growth, YOu will never get your flexi pay more than 50 %

Some remote work and fairly easy tasks.

Cons

This is a sink or swim environment where you are expected to guess at business rules and rely on angry and disgruntled co-workers. Low pay for perfect work and extraordinary expectations. Situations can go from 0 to 100 really fast.
