Pros
Government contract work, so get over 10 paid holidays a year, in addition to almost 3 weeks paid vacation. Decent benefits packages, but you have to pay for most of them, other than disability.
Cons
Lots of driving. You have to be okay with driving 40-100 miles a day if you work as an auditor. And sometimes there's pressure to meet quotas. Sometimes understaffed so you're trying to do more than you should, and have to skip lunch (or eat while working). Tempers can flare sometimes at the office due to stressed workers, but usually only in the office 2 hours a day or less. Do not work here if you can't handle a little stress. Sick days eat into your vacation time.
