Used to have a mom and pop type feel...could come and go as you liked as long as work was getting done and you worked 40 hours...

No pay raises or bonuses...no tuition reimbursement...they are very reactive vs proactive...

I think that the company is decent to work for if you are a technician especially an NDE/NDA tech.

Cons

For the administrative assistant position they overload you with work and won't pay overtime to get it all done. Low hourly pay for the qualifications and the amount of work in the administrative position unless you are billable and located on a specific project
