Lack of communication throughout the coorporation. Focus is always on treating operations great, but forgetting the message that sends to admin staff.

The company is growing very fast. Decent wages are given. Work hours are flexible and time off is given when employee needs to take it.

Cons

As the company is growing the growing pains are not a good experience. They are starting to micromanage more and more! Not a good thing. Management won't communicate all the changes that are taking place.
