Cons

Arrogant and immature mangers with lack of integrity. After several complaints also no actions is taken against these managers just because they are too good with their boss (Patterning Group) Seniors are harassed with Job security, Blackmailing with job consequence More than your technical skills, you bucket skills are appreciated lot. They just need slaves to work under them. Very cheap level politics by these mangers along with their followers.

Managers, not leaders, profit over people, processes are broken, the company is complex to navigate, and the culture is atrocious—no growth opportunities for new talent. You get buried in unnecessary training, everything is mandatory. It's a dog-eat-dog place to work.

Good lunch options and some good coworkers.

Cons

Bad company culture and very top heavy, and managers are constantly taking credit for ICs work. Bloated R&D budgets where people take advantage of the system, people waste money or give it away to friends or themselves. No work life balance, no opportunities for growth and poor pay for how many hours salaried employees end up working. People expected to get on calls at 9pm and wake up for 6am meetings the next morning. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time here.
