      Workaholics thrive. If you're willing to work 50 hours per week, you will get an opportunity for promotion with work longer hours.

      The rest of us can have a better job and a personal life for the same pay at other companies

      Pros

      Position allows for flexible hours. Nice people on the lower-levels of the food chain. As a contractor, pay is decent.

      Cons

      Business Units don't communicate well, if at all, with each other. No understanding how outsourcing affects morale of domestic employees. Many outsourced employees have little-to-no command of English language...hard to coordinate.

      Some decent benfits remain, better than unemployment, immediate co-workers hard-working, large company "security"

      Cons

      Time off cut, No raises in over 4 years, no bonuses in four years, can't pay the mortgage with stock awards, upper management clueless, America workers are slowly being phased out....
