      Generally good group of people to work with. Benefits are good. Surrounded by very smart people.

      Cons

      No sense of comraderier or teamwork. No sense of responsbility for mentoring more junior engineers.

      Pros

      Technical challenges and an exciting industry. The company does have great benefits. Team work at project level is great., enjoy working with customers.

      Cons

      Too much Bureaucracy, stop and go initiatives, focus on management tools instead of paying attention to the fundamentals. Financial policy is penny-wise but pound foolish. Middle management layers are paralyzing pro-active approaches.

      Hardworking employees, international business, mulitcultural workforce, innovative products, huge resources to do R&D , product development and product releases, high customer credibility

      Cons

      Do not leave too much scope for errors or poor reviews by middle management as sometimes their bias comes in to action which frustrates deserving employees and demotivates them from continually
