salaries. benefits. good colleagues with strong camaraderie. high class technology.

bureaucratic and very political to advance in the company. training provided is insufficient yet managers expectations can be unreasonable. employees are placed in difficult and more testing conditions than others, and this is not considered when performance evaluation is conducted at the end of the year. skills and knowledge acquired is not transferable to other industries.
