      Pros

      Newer technologies, newer challenges, & wonderful technical talent to work with. I can vouch as Applied has got few of the best brains in the industry. Lots of learning & no limits to explore on all facets of the company.

      Cons

      Little rigid & bureaucratic. Too much manager dependent & not employee oriented.

      - Good for starting career - friendly environment - relatively good salary in India - privacy/independence at workplace for resource utilization
