      Pros

      Provides a very good opportunity to express your capabilities if you are highly motivated person and with positive attitude to others and to your objectives.

      Cons

      Long hours, impossible to have normal family life while working at AM. Relatively new management is manipulative and fails to meet goals. I see that management not as best AM had with all basic values established years ago.

      Pros

      Combination of state of the art technology and marketing know how. Great methodology of new product development usung PLC - Product Life Cycle. Sufficently diverse with great technological talent.

      Cons

      Very big and rather political orgaization. Easy to get lost and your personal impact can be diminished. Similar to most big organisations , bureaucracy can be a real problem .
