      14 PAYSLIPS Work from home Discounts if you like Apple products

      -Incompetents Team Leaders -The interactions between colleagues doesn't exsist -NOT ENOUGH Straight to the point explanations for the job -Useless Apple meetings that least 45 minutes explaining points that makes no sens that can be taken to answer amounts of questions asked by a lot of colleagues about relevants points in the actual job

      Pros

      Working with state of the art technologies such as 5nm process. Contributing to state of the art ICs. Not all gropus are as stressful as Silicon Engineering. Might be a good place if you like Apple products. Could be good for junior engineers to gain experience before moving to a more interesting job.

      Cons

      Micromanagement on all levels drove me to a quick bunout and eroded my self esteem. My most productive time was when the boss was on holiday. Too much time spent on planning and reporting compared to time used for work. Corporate brainwash. HR completely useless. Often isssues are passed from one to another rather than working together to solve them - this is common in large organisations. Very tight schedules leave no room for much inovation and personal growth. Spageti legacy code passed from project to project with little time to clean it up. Teams spread across different timezones around the world might result in many meetings at odd times.
