Pros

Great discount on Apple products - Health coverage is really good - Pay is decent for the job - Job is quite easy - You get to work monday and friday from home - since recently you get to work 4 weeks a year from wherever you want in Ireland - Canteen is not free but is not too expensive and really good generally - For this particular job, you get to work in city centre

Cons

Job is ultra repetitive - Stressful with regard to daily target you have to hit otherwise you're good for a 121 with your TL - Might be a pro for extravert people but for introverts like myself, the constant ongoing corporate cringe is annoying and exhausting - Career progression seems limited

Pros

Working at Apple has been one of the greatest highlights in my career. I’m happy to work in such a safe and stable environment. The benefits are amazing, especially the 4 month maternity leave and annual spending account for maternity. We have in house services such as dental and chiropractor that is really really affordable. The senior management is really supportive.

Cons

There’s little room to grow. People who speak well or only knows how to talk (and do nothing) get promoted faster than people who actually do their job right.

Pros

Some of the people that you will meet at work and through work are amazing. Now, I can work partially at home.

Cons

The pay is terrible and what's worse is that everyone assumes that you work for apple so you are set. Not that in order to cover my extremely modest and minimal lifestyle I either need to live in an unsavory part of town, have roommates even though I'm well into my 40s, or get yet another job on what limited time I have. Also higher ups push the culture down your throat, but in the same breath will say, "well we are a business" to justify some shady process. Apple is like any other multi billion dollar company, at the end of the say its about the bottom line and it will always be profits over people.
