Steer clear! This company lies regularly during their town halls and loves to “right size” every few months. Co-workers getting laid-off with no warning and the rest of us have to pick up the slack. Do the work of 3 people for the same pay but now without a bonus and terrible morale. Competition will stomp Realogy, excuse me, “Anywhere”, into oblivion at this rate and they really have no one but themselves to blame. Shady company, shady practices, and shady people.

The company and vision are bar none. Great benefits, great leadership Pay for most roles is competitive

Cons

Glass ceiling and sticky floor. There is not a lot of opportunity for growth. There are opportunities to move around within the company laterally.
