Terrible company

Pros

Steer clear! This company lies regularly during their town halls and loves to “right size” every few months. Co-workers getting laid-off with no warning and the rest of us have to pick up the slack. Do the work of 3 people for the same pay but now without a bonus and terrible morale. Competition will stomp Realogy, excuse me, “Anywhere”, into oblivion at this rate and they really have no one but themselves to blame. Shady company, shady practices, and shady people.

Cons

No vision Poor management Lack of leadership

Pros

Working remotely. Great enthusiastic hardworking co-workers.

Cons

Annual pay raises are not based on merit, despite being told they are, and always less than annual cost of living increases, so real income goes down year over year. High deductible health insurance means paying 100% out of pocket PLUS monthly premiums until very high deductible is met, if at all, which means healthcare costs are very high. Team leaders are constantly changing, with newbies and inexperienced applicants filling positions, due to the company encouraged job ladder climbing as the ONLY way to increase income. This job climbing slows productivity of entire teams because of constant changes of team leaders, with different visions, direction, and leadership learning curves.

Pros

Remote position, Holiday pay, and sick time.

Cons

Pay range for remote positions are the same, regardless of where you live. So someone in Kansas is making the same wage as someone in California. Great if you live in Kansas but not so great if you live in California. HORRIBLE management: Extreme micromanagement that has caused multiple people to resign. Low morale: employees are overwhelmed, the workload and duties continue to increase even as teammates repeatedly express their concerns over the lack of staff and increased responsibilities. Unnecessary meetings: daily, weekly, monthly meetings that are not beneficial and interfere with the unmanageable workload. Unprofessionalism: managers give out confidential information during group meetings or one on one conversations.
