This company is run by people with no business sense. Their singular focus is agent happiness. Processes and systems are non existent. Leadership is not willing to change out of fear of upsetting agents. The overall skill set of most people here is embarrassingly bad. Pay is very low

Bureaucracy is insane - can’t get anything done bc of 15 layers of review, then you get scolded for it like it was ever in your control. Loads of people with unclear roles who will make things more difficult and invent problems simply to justify their own existence. Business is slow right now (not their fault) but the answer is AI’ing you out of a job. They will cut your role and then brag about it on the earnings call. This is all championed as positive internally and you’ll be cast out if you’re not enthusiastic about your colleagues being let go.
