      great hours, flexible , pay is great

      Cons

      at first it was great after meeting the supervisors and leads u get to see there true colors. They are inconsiderate and care more about themselves instead of the hard working employees. People stealing, sitting around txt and talkin wasting time and yet no one has done anything about it. No cameras so of course corporate can't see what's going on

      Horrendous Company to work for

      Pros

      No good reason to work there unless you have no other options. Worked to death without time for lunch or even go to the restroom. The caseload is overwhelming and you are threatened every single minute with e-mails or verbal warning from incompetent district managers on a power trip.

      Cons

      Everything is a challenge. Starting with management who thinks the company is their cotton field and everyone is a slave.
