      Pros

      Everyone works extremely hard to get their jobs done. It is almost like a family working together everyday, working from home. Connecting with clients and talent. Great place to land a job right out of college. Really get introduced to the over all aspect of job seeking and job placements.

      Cons

      Can almost be compared to Gossip Girl. Employees are a bit over worked, there is not enough realistic training for the particular position. If you take a look at much of the company diversity is low. If you are not pretty enough or hot enough they wont hire you. They like to keep a certain group of people in the company and others just to meet the quota or else they will get sued.

      Pros

      Discounts in the brand stores. That's it!

      Cons

      Work in a different store every day, and not know where your gonna work or who your working with gets really annoying. They hire the most unqualified ppl for any job. I think they just give anyone a chance. The parking is bull crap, seeing we only make a little over $9. The shirts we wear feels and looks like we either clean or work in the Mc.Donald's there. Not the nice stores!

      Pros

      Good benefits, Profit Sharing, Paid time off, Paid Holidays, and rewards program.

      Cons

      Automatically forced to enroll in the Profit sharing, whether you want to or not. Company pays 75% of benefits, but it is not compatible with your pay..take home is less, because the company figures that by paying 75% of your benefits, they cut you short on your wages. I rather get paid more, and worry about my benefits and what I put out then.
